SPORTS BOOK RULES AND REGULATIONS


  1. All wagers are in U.S. currency.


  2. Betprestige Sports reserves the right to cancel any and all wagers showing evidence of tampering, fraud, or violation of these rules and regulations.


  3. Any Customer playing line moves or playing bad lines over the internet will have their online limits lowered.


  4. Any Customer playing line moves over the phones will have their Phone limits lowered.


  5. If an event is postponed, rescheduled and/or moved to a different venue this event will automatically constitute "NO ACTION" (no wager) unless the event is Golf or NASCAR. If the event is Golf or NASCAR, the wager is valid if event is final with in 3 days.


  6. In the event of a wager placed on an incorrect/mistaken line due to human and/or computer error, the wager will be deemed as "NO ACTION." For example, if an underdog is mistakenly listed as a favorite, or vice-versa, this will be deemed "NO-ACTION." Also, if any line is of obvious error, wagers will be deemed "NO-ACTION."


  7. The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the event's completion, according to HOUSE wagering rules.


  8. When wagers are placed over the phone, please wait until all wagers are repeated back to you prior to hanging up. If not repeated, please request a read-back. During the read-back, if all information is correct, the client will say "yes" and repeat his or her assigned account number and corresponding password.


  9. Wagers placed on the internet MUST be reviewed by the player.


  10. If a phone call is dropped before the read-back is confirmed, the wager will be at management's discretion. In any event, please call back.


  11. Once a wager is accepted by the client and Betprestige Sports, wagers will not be altered or voided at any time, except at the sole discretion of the management.


  12. All clients will be solely responsible for their passwords and the wagers placed with them.


  13. The client authorizes Betprestige Sports to make digital recordings of all conversations.


  14. Betprestige Sports will keep a record of all lines, odds, scores, wagers, futures, and digital recordings for the protection of clients and Betprestige Sports. All digital recordings will be saved for 60 days.


  15. In case of discrepancy, the digital tape recording of the wager/transaction shall serve as the final outcome and wagers/accounts will be adjusted accordingly. All disputes can be settled within one hour after review of the recorded wager/transaction.


  16. Clients can always call monday mornings after 9:00 am PST to verify their week ending figure and running total. Account balances will be verified by a clerk on all clients' first call of every day.


  17. In all futures wagering (Eg. Super Bowl, World Series, etc.) the winner is determined by the league commissioner and will be declared the winner for wagering purposes.


  18. When wagering on total scores, overtime periods and extra innings are counted in the final score. This rule does not apply to soccer.


  19. On half-time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the second half.


  20. WINNERS AND LOSERS ARE OFFICIAL AFTER:
    College Basketball: 35 completed minutes of play
    Pro Basketball: 43 completed minutes of play
    College Football: 55 completed minutes of play
    Pro Football: 55 completed minutes of play
    NHL Hockey: 55 completed minutes of play
    Boxing: Sound of opening bell in first round
    Golf: 54 completed holes
    Baseball: Winners and losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4 1/2 innings. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning. (Unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called.) Bets will be considerd "NO ACTION" if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day unless otherwise specified. To have action on a baseball total 8 1/2 innings must be completed (top of the 9th completed) and the home team must be ahead at that time.
